There are many ways to submit your business with AMG. Some of the easiest solutions are with our eApp options, which come to you in three main options: ExpressComplete, iGo, or directly through the carriers' portals. ExpressComplete (Applicint)
ExpressComplete, powered by Applicint, is the fastest way to drop applications with carriers. No client signature is required with this platform. You simply submit the application, then the carrier will follow up with a telephone interview to obtain the client's personal and medical information. They will also order paramed exams and labs.
iGo (iPipeline)
Go paperless with iGo from iPipeline, which allows you to submit full applications electronically. Through this process, your clients will be able to e-sign their documents to simplify the submission process with our available carriers. See the above links for tutorials and more information.
More Tips for Using iGo:
- The first time you log in, you will have to register for a new account. Please save your log in information because it is not the same as your AMG website password.
- While a client can sign the application in a different state than the agent, agents do have to be appointed and licensed in the state in which the application is signed by the client. For example, if an agent is located in Georgia and his client is located in Florida, the sale can take place over the phone and the client can e-sign in Florida as long as the agent is licensed in Florida.
- Agents will still order their own parameds per our usual operating procedures. At this time, AMG’s staff will not be ordering parameds on iGO e-App cases unless the agent is a member of our Partner Program.
- A few carriers offer their drop ticket submission approach through iGO. It is the same concept if you were to submit it through their website, but instead, you can log into iGO to submit your drop ticket application. Examples of drop tickets you currently use are Banner's AppAssist and Protective's TeleLife Application. The "iGo Workflow" link above shows the drop ticket workflow for the companies that offer their drop ticket model through iGO.
